Shimshal Shuijerab Pass BoesamPir Pass Trek

This is one of the most popular treks to do in Shimshal Valley. This is a tough trek, for those with mountaineering skills only, traversing 70 km through the heart of the Khunjerab National Park and coming out on the KKH at Kuksil. It is possible only in August and September, as you have to cross the Khunjerab River which is in spate earlier in the season.

23 Days Itinerary:

Day 01: Islamabad
After meet and assist at airport, we will be transferred to hotel and check in. Overnight stay in hotel at Islamabad.

Day 02: Islamabad - Chilas
After breakfast we will leave for Chilas (12-14 hours), en route also see rock drawings at Shatial. On arrival transfer to hotel and check in.Overnight stay in hotel at Chilas.

Day 03: Chilas - Karimabad
Today we will depart for Hunza Valley, en route lunch stop at Gilgit and see suspension bridge and local bazaar. On arrival transfer to hotel and check in.Overnight stay in hotel at Karimabad.

Day 03: Karimabad
After breakfast we will visit Baltit fort, afterwards we go for half day excursion to Nagar valley. To get acclimatized we will go for 2 hours Hoper Glacier walk. Overnight stay in hotel at Karimabad.

Day 04: Karimabad - Dutt - Ziarat
Early morning we will take jeep ride (3-4 hours) and then walk from Ziarat. Trek: 3-4 hours (Tent)

Day 05: Ziarat - Kuk
Trek: 4-5 hours (Tent)

Day 06: Kuk - Shimshal Village
Trek: 4-5 hours (Tent)

Day 07: Shimshal Village -Â Forzine
Trek: 5-6 hours (Tent)

Day 08: Forzine - ArbabPeriyan
Trek: 6-7 hours (Tent)

Day 09: ArbabPeriyan - Shujerab Pass
Trek: 6-7 hours (Tent)

Day 10: Shujerab - Shimshal Pass - Shujerab
Trek: 5-6 hours (Tent)

Day 11: Shujerab - ArbabPariyan
Trek: 5-6 hours (Tent)

Day 12: ArbabPariyan- Mahidur
Trek: 7-8 hours (Tent)

Day 13: Mahidur - Shopodin Pass
Trek: 7-8 hours, altitude 5150m (Tent)

Day 14: Shopodin - Mandi Kushlag (via BoesamPir Pass)
Trek: 7-8 hours (Tent)

Day 15: Mandi Kushlag - Warbain
Trek: 7-8 hours (Tent)

Day 16: Warbain - Targeen
Trek: 6-7 hours (Tent)

Day 17: Targeen - Chapchingal Pass (Base Camp)
Trek: 4-5 hours (Tent)

Day 18: Chapchingal Base Camp - Chapchingal Pass - Kuksel KKH - Gulmit
Trek: 4-5 hours - from KKH jeep drive. Overnight stay in hotel at Gulmit.

Day 19: Gulmit - Gilgit
After breakfast we will drive for Gilgit, en route tea stop in front of Rakaposhi Glacier. On arrival transfer to hotel and check in.Overnight stay in hotel at Gilgit.

Day 20: Gilgit - Besham
Today we will depart for Besham, on arrival transfer to hotel and check in. Overnight stay in hotel at Besham.

Day 21: Besham - Islamabad
Today we will leave for Islamabad; en route we will visit Taxila museum and the archaeological sites. On arrival transfer to hotel and check in.Overnight stay in hotel at Islamabad.

Day 22: Islamabad
After breakfast we will go for sightseeing tour of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Overnight stay in hotel at Islamabad.

Day 23: Islamabad - Flight out
After breakfast transfer to airport for flight back home. End of our services.

Package Price: 1480 USD per person (Minimum group size is 10 pax)

Package Includes:

» Accommodation on twin sharing basis.
» Breakfast and dinner while staying in hotels but all meals during trekking.
» Air conditioned transport for city to city movements and 4x4 wheel drive (Jeeps) for the interior mountains.

Package Excludes:

» International air ticket, airport tax and excess weight.
» Personal sleeping bags and all other equipment of personal nature.

Terms & Conditions:

» Advance 10% payment to be made on tour confirmation.
» Advance 100% payment to be made minimum 15 days before tour start.
» Hotels may be changed, however any change will be on equivalent basis.
» Itinerary is subject to change due to weather or other forced majeure situations.
» The company will not be liable for any damage caused by forced majeure situations.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

» No cancellation charges if tour is cancelled 15 days before the tour schedule.
» There will be 10% cancellation charges if tour is cancelled within 15 days of tour starting date.
» Company will give 100% refund if tour is cancelled on such a justified reason which is acceptable to the company.
