The main bazaars in (Gilgit, Karimabad and Sust). Like many markets round the world, merchants of one type cluster together. In Gilgit and Sust bazar you can get more stuff chines goods. Mostly Pakistani visitors like chinese stuff like Jackets, Blankets, Hoseholds and Dinner/Water/Tea sets etc. 

Karimabad Bazar:

Karimabad has a nice bazar with nicely displayed shops are there but mostly Local handicrafts include embroidered linen, caps, hand-woven rugs and shawals, silverware.
